Description
The Official film of the 1993 Open.

The man dubbed the unluckiest golfer in the world finally won a long overdue second Open title. Greg Norman won the 122nd Open Championship by two shots, firing a breathtaking 64 in the last round, and in the process breaking the record for a four-round total in the championship.

This championship has been acknowledged as one of the greatest in recent years, with a leaderboard after the third round of outstanding pedigree - Norman, Faldo, Langer, Couples, Price, Pavin, Grady, Senior and Daly, all of them in contention on the last day.

This video tells the story of one of the greatest weeks of championship golf, including defending champion Faldo's in the second round, believed by many to have been the greatest round ever played in an Open. It was a score matched by Payne Stewart on Sunday, which shot the American onto the leaderboard.

But this was Norman's Open. He was pushed all the way on Sunday by his playing partner Langer, who shot 67 despite taking a seven at the 14th, and Faldo, playing in the last group. However, Norman's nerve held.
