The Official Film of the 132nd Open Championship - in which minor tour rookie Ben Curtis became an unlikely Major winner. Playing in his first Open, the unknown 26 year-old from Kent, Ohio, triumphed in Kent, England, after a last round of unforgettable drama.
Tournament favourite Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh and - most spectacularly - Denmark's Thomas Bjorn lost their nerve over the treacherous back nine at Royal St. George's while Curtis, ranked 396th in the world, stayed calm to finish with a two-under-par 69 for a one-shot victory.
Brian Davis, from Hertfordshire, was the leading Briton with a final 68 that left him joint sixth on two over par, a shot ahead of Nick Faldo who fired the fans with his brave last round efforts.
The tournament will also be remembered for the disqualification of England's Mark Roe and Sweden's Jesper Parnevik after they wrongly marked each other's cards; and arguably the best shot ever played in golf when Tiger remarkably chipped in from a bunker on the 7th hole to make an eagle during the third round on Saturday.
