The 'Birdie' programme is more advanced than the Par Level, and builds upon the basic foundation to increase flexibility, with more attention to building strength, balance and core conditioning, using more standing and balancing poses. It enhances the game of golf by increasing strength, power and speed, and is a natural progression from the 'Par' programme.
This programme also includes a five minute bonus section - 'First Tee Stretches' - designed to warm-up the body in preparation for the first tee.
