'Par Level' is a series of yoga-based exercise movements that support golf-specific flexibility, strength, balance, and focus in order to help you enhance your golf game, as well as your overall well-being. Specific attention is paid to the shoulders, lower back and hamstrings.
This programme also includes a five minute bonus section - 'First Tee Stretches' - designed to warm-up the body in preparation for the first tee.
