The Final Years of BR Steam.
The golden age of steam travel come to an end with the running of the '15 guinea special' on August 11 1968. This fascinating DVD features British Rail's steam operation during the years leading up to its demise, including the celebrated August 11th 1968 special. Running time 55 minutes approx.

Eastern Counties Steam Weekend.
This officially commissioned and superbly made DVD captures the spirit and excitement of the Eastern Counties Steam weekend organized by the West Anglian and Great Northern Railway, with plenty of line side action from along the entire route from Bishops Stortford to Ely, as well as some exciting and contrasting footplate rides with the crew on board Union of South Africa and Britannia. Although Steam in the UK petered out at the end of the 60s there were still some incredible lines running abroad in the 70s.
